[MO Fire Funeral Announce] Completed arrangements for Capt. David Larkin

It is with profound sadness that the University City Fire Department and
International Association of Firefighters Local 2665 announce the duty
related death of Captain-Medical Officer David Larkin, due to occupational
cancer.

Captain Larkin, 55, began his career with University City Fire Department on
January 31, 1991 and was promoted to the rank of Captain-Medical Officer on
March 19, 2008 and served until his death April 4, 2016.

Captain Larkin is survived by his daughters, Madalynn and Brenna, his mother
Kathy, brothers Patrick, Randy, Jamey and Mike and sisters Lisa, and Cindy.

Visitation will be held 4PM - 8PM, Friday April 8th, 2016 at Baue Funeral
Home 3950 West Clay, St. Charles, Mo. 63301. A Firefighters walk-through
will occur at 7:30PM. 

Uniformed members wishing to stand casket vigil, in honor of Dave, should
contact Assistant Chief Crismon at 314-330-9341.

Visitation will also be held 11A M Saturday April 9th, 2016 until the time
of service.

Funeral services will be held at 12PM, Saturday April 9th, 2016 at Baue
Funeral Home 3950 West Clay, St. Charles, Mo. 63301.

Burial will follow at St. Charles Memorial Garden 3950 West Clay, St.
Charles, Mo. 63301. 

Due to the funeral home and cemetery being on the same property, we will
honor Dave with a silent walking procession from the funeral home to the
gravesite. 

NO APPARATUS IS BEING REQUESTED.

A gathering of family and friends will begin at 2PM, at the IAFF 2665 Union
Hall 115 McMenamy Road, St. Peters, Mo. 63376.
